spheres for puppet eyes: where to buy?
Hi,
I would like to purchase a couple of wooden spheres for a wolf puppet that I am making, they need to be around 5 to 6mm in diameter. Would anyone like to sell me a couple or point me in the right direction to buy some.I live in Melbourne.
Much appreciated

Welcome! Have you tried a bead shop or craft shop such as Eckersley's?
.
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.
Regards, Woodwould.

wrong measurement
Just realised I specified the wrong measurement: I should have said 50-60mm. Thanks for your response. Apprentice mistake sorry!

I would be inclined to look at wooden cupboard handles at Bunnings & cut the back off them. They should make pretty good eyes painted up. About the right size too.

Unfortunately no
I am looking for someone who knows how to turn the spheres out quickly, I've read on the forum it takes some people hours.
I've started making the puppet head and used some rubber balls that are 30mm in diameter, not great as the paint chips off too easily.
thanks for your response
