"SPLINTER" 380kph timber car - Totally awesome
Dint want to bury this in the web site section as its to good. The woodworking shown is breathtaking as is the final product. I was taken back with the “basket weaving” of the Cherry strips that were soaked in epoxy before vacuuming.
Even if your not a rev-head but love your woodworking, this is a must view blog. You can also Google “splinter” for heaps of other pics

This first came to my attention yesterday at the newsagent. Its on the front cover of WOOD magazine and has a great write up. Worth checking it out. The magazine pics are stunning. Wonder what sort of $$$$ it would fetch?
