Ian,
OK. I am anal retentive, especially about measurements. My FIL was a tool and die maker and if you are off by 0.001 inch, it probably ain't going to work. What I was thinking was the thickness of the hook. Is the metal thickness specified Imperial or Metric? But then for a tape it probably doesn't matter. LOL
