    Default How to stop drawer slide from sliding in?

    I finally created my own under-desk mount keyboard/mouse tray using drawer slides on my customize up-desk. The issue I'm having is that the tray keeps sliding in as I'm typing on the keyboard. That's REALLY annoying. What are some methods for stopping this drawer slides from sliding in?

    Perhaps consider replacing what might be a standard drawer slide with a locking drawer slide?

    I'm not recommending this product, but one example would be: Goliath 600mm Heavy Duty Lockable Drawer Slide - Pair - Bunnings Australia

    You can install the slide the other way so it clicks when it comes out. It won't click when it goes in, but that's a lesser concern

    If it "self slides" then it might be because it is not level - it slides down hill.
