    Default Stripping with Polytreat (+Phenol)

I made a 12 seater Refectory table many years ago and used a clear finish that had a hardener with it, can't remember product name. I want to strip the whole lot to redo. Immersion in a huge bath with Meth chloride doesn't touch it. This stripping company gave up and gave me a tin of 'Polytreat' with Phenol added.
Has anyone used this with success?
If so, what is the procedure PLEASE? I've used it on one leg and seemed to have made it worse.
    Cheers: Hayseed

The Polytreat website is less than helpful, but if you look at the phenol MSDS you will see that it is something you should be very careful with. I thought it had been banned or restricted in Australia.
