a stuff up
heres the back ground I am building a filecabinet type box unit that is going to permantly be mounted on a sack truck... dont ask why thats another story suffice to say it needs to move around alot and be strong.
My problem is building it out of peices 19mm pine 290mm wide and joining these down the length to make panels about 550 wide I decided to spline join these and have overcut the spline gaps so the gap is too large for the strip of masonite to fill.
SO will this be strong enough with quality PVA glue or should I use something stronger and thicker like 'liquid nail' ? HELP PLEASE Tonto

Trim the edges off and cut the grooves again. It may mean an extra one or two boards, but you say you want it strong, and filling the gap with glue is not the road to strength.
