    Default Superbunny's finished rocking chair

    Hi woodies
Below is the finished product you've all been waiting for. Yes it's now finished and I would like to acknowledge David Dundas for his plans and help and I encourage all of you to have a go as I had not tried a chair untill this one. Yes have a go even if you only have Triton equipment as this one was made with vertually Trion only i.e. sawbench, router table spindal sander drill etc.

The pictures are the original slab I started with and finishing with the name in memory of my late mother. Enjoy

Excellent work, no doubt it will become a family heirloom and your mother's memory will be remembered by future generations.

    Well done SB. Looks great.
Can you make the photos a bit larger?

    Superbunny,

Congratulations on building a very fine rocker. I think your departures from the plans in the shape of the arms and the top back rail have worked out well.
