Just type V belt A-680 into google. You will have many options.
Those were the droids I was looking for.

About 10 years ago the belt on my 3HP TS broke around midday Saturday of an extra long weekend. I went to Supercheapauto with the belt and bought the closest one they had - it does't need to be exact length. Anyway its still running happily on my machine.

Notched vee belts are better suited to small pulleys as they reduce the heat build up when the belt is bending and straightening continuously. The notches reduce the depth of the belt allowing it to bend around those small radii easier, also reducing vibration. Most tablesaws use small pulleys.

Fenner Powertwist belts. No pulling apart the machine to install and they reduce vibration and power loss.

I went to a power transmission supplier to replace my belts. My table saw uses three belts, unless you get a matched set (very expensive) they will be slightly different lengths. Resulting in a slight decrease in power and causes vibrations.
If I were to do it again I'd get any generic brand as others have mentioned. That way you get to pick what you need.
