I think I clearly stated the foundations of my opinions that being a fundamental dislike of dishonesty both in character or action. A position I contend is quite defensible.

I take from your comment you are prone to stain timber like you think nature somehow failed to pigment it correctly.

Is it not reasonable to assume that a material that comes in nearly every colour imaginable needs no additional and artificial tonal enhancement or do you think nature is somehow inferior to a can of Wattle Baltic.

If 30+ years in the industry makes me a novice, then yes, my moniker is also appropriate.

I do occasionally stain wood when I feel the need, not that I hold such fundamental views about Mother Nature as you do, but there are times when it is warranted.

By your own admonition you have social and anger issues; let's not annihilate this guy's thread if you want to harangue me further, please do so privately.
    .
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

Actually I politely answered your original question and you being put out by my stance on staining started with a personal insult about my handle.

I am aware of your skill and experience so clearly my reply was a joke you are just a little sensitive is all. (I have no desire to harangue you or anyone and I may have some angers but no issues with it and I would be happy to discuss this further via PM if you wish.

Time for a chill pill me thinks!
