Taunton DVD's
While reading through things late last week I found a post by Triton Japan talking about them. I did a search through the local library and found about half of the set on the shelves. Brought two of them home, router joinery and mastering the saw table. I am about half way through the router DVD and its packed with all sorts of useful tips and info. the library will only loan out two at a time and if they don't have all of them in they will request them from other libraries for me.

I think 2 of the DVD's I have are by Taunton. I have the "How to Build a Shaker Table" (an American bloke) and "How to Build a Dovetailed Drawer" (an Italian bloke I think?).
The Dovetail DVD is amazing, uses a ruler just once! I picked up some excellent tips from both and will grab the rest from the library.

Taunton DVD
I have seen the dovetail dvd - from the library - it is excellent - everything is done by eye and 30+ years of practice!!!! It has Excellent ideas for mass producing dovetails (by hand) - don't know if it only works for the softer woods though!
The dvd is well worth a look.Smithy
