Must be a real pain making the template then shaving off enough to add the iron on melamine and keep the same shape, particularly on tight inside curves. What do you use to iron it on to tight inside curves, Lignum? :eek: :eek: :eek:

Its tough and will last a long time and if it gets dammaged just peel it of and re iron some fresh stuff

You take into account the mill when you make the template. its easy
And a copper tube tek screwed onto the base of an old iron is a must in a workshop. Its great for getting into awkward spots and concaves
