    Default Timber Choices

    Howdy guys or gals...

    i need help choosing timber for a Hall Table... its really hard to choose from coz i want one that is dark whilst i can turn on the lathe. These are the timbers i have got so far.....


    • Maple
    • Mahogany
    • Walnut
    • Wenge
    • Dark Oak




    Can anyone give me advice or help...plz?

    American Walnut is quite dark and turns really well
