also known as "stinking wattle" for a reason - in wet weather it stinks! The first certainly looks like Gidgee.
Read the notes section here - Factsheet - Acacia cambagei (lucidcentral.org).
Gidgee (A. cambagei) is known to hybridize (putatively hybridizes) with A. tephrina SW of Longreach, Qld.
Gidgee is also closely related to A. georginae. An important biochemical difference is that the foliage of A. georginae is highly toxic to livestock, whereas that of A. cambagei is used commonly as forage in some regions under drought conditions.
Have a look at Vern's site TTIT - Gidgee (ttit.id.au) - 13.JPG (987×1200) (ttit.id.au)Mobyturns

I cut some Pink Gidgee yesterday and it smelled like raspberry jam.

Looks a lot like the Gidgee we get over here in the west. Acacia Pruinocarpa or Western Gidgee, common to the Goldfields and Pilbara regions of WA.
