Timber Pallets
Hey guys,
I have been asked to look into the feasability of replacing hired pallets at a large warehouse in Perth.
They have on hand around 120,000 blue and red pallets(not sure if i can use names) at any time, costing around $15600 a day in hire fees.
The replacement pallets must be the same dimensions as the others, with a 70/30 hardwood/softwood split.
Basically i'm asking if anyone here has any experience making pallets or any tips that may help.
cheers.

I looked into it when I was in the food industry. The issue has always been the supply chain itself. You buy nice ones and they get nicked.
