    160 tpi!

    Only way I can think of to make teeth that tiny is to drag the saw cross-wise over a coarse diamond stone, & call the scratches teeth..

    I'd like to know how he did it (just out of curiosity - there is absolutely no way I would ever try to emulate that feat!). I have made a couple of small saws with 25 tpi, and sharpened a small slitting saw with about 28-30tpi, and it takes intense concentration, even with a 5x lens on my head-loupe - blink, & you've lost which tooth you are on.

    I believe he uses some sort of serrated hobby knife blades for the saw so he doesn't do the teeth himself. Smart man!
