Toughbuilt mitre saw stand
ToughBuilt Quickset Mitre Stand | Bunnings Warehouse
Bought this yesterday, assembled it last night and blown away at the build quality for the price. Very heavy duty and converting it so it can be rolled away takes just a second. Looked at a bunch of others for around $100-150 and glad I spent the extra.
Posting here as they're apparently a promotional item and may not be around forever. Good pick up for anyone needing to get the mitre saw out of the way.

I’ve just done a major shed overhaul so my beloved could actually put her car in it (first time in 10 years!); this requires all my machines to be mounted on wheels and stored at one end like a Chines puzzle. Previously I’d bought a Ryobi saw stand which was adequate but was a PITA to keep setting up. Then I picked up a cheap 2nd hand Ozito with a pair of wheels at one end; easier to move around but less sturdy.
A few months ago I’d seen the Toughbuilts and remembered that they folded up like a hand trolley and would take up much less floorspace than a normal stand. A quick look on the interweb found them with a little video and I was completely sold.
However....
As previously stated, these are currently promotional items and aren’t stocked; once they’ve gone they’ve gone. There weren’t any in my local Big Green Shed and as they were a promotional item they couldn’t order one in for me. Fortunately they found one in Hervey Bay and had a rep travelling there who was willing to bring it back, so eventually I received one.
It performs brilliantly; it does exactly what it says on the tin. It literally takes just a couple of seconds to put up or take down and stands upright taking relatively little space.
So, if you’re on the lookout for a mitre saw stand it’s got to be the best bang for buck out there. Highly recommended, for what my opinion is worth.Nothing succeeds like a budgie without a beak.
