Welcome to the forum. There is a place in Victoria that has a large supply of older type of handles but I can not recall their name. I am also aware of a company Watson Brass that might make handles. I have only ever been to their website so cannot comment about them. http://www.watsonbrass.com.au/index.php?main_page=index

You could try http://www.gbrownantiques.com.au in Melbourne. There's also a place in Swan St. Richmond, Vic., whose name I can't recall at present, that may be able to help. They specialise in older style fittings.

Restorers Barn in Castlemaine, Vic might also be worth a try.
