    Soundman,

Did I read the other day that you work in a prison.
If our society scum are getting plasmas I will be very upset

I havn't done any prison work for a few years now then it was just some contracts.
I unpacked a 42 today the spec plate said 600 watts nominal.
It may draw more if the images are demanding I supose.
but 600 watts is still a lot of heat.
Interesting this machine has no fans.

The TV cabinets with the traditional door, opening in the front have their own beauty. But, the roll-top type shutter on the front is good idea – whole depends upon your choice, likeness and the taste for the home decoration. Other than the personal and family choice, the usage and the application of the traditional type doors and the roll-type shutters depends upon the availability of the space in the home. If used in congested room with the lot of furniture, the roll-type shutter is the ideal one. But, if you have some available space in the living room or the office, then it is better to try the traditional two door type shutters, opening from both the sides.
