    Default Vac clamps - good or not so good?

    Went to the WW show yesterday and saw some vac clamps.
    Vac clamp
    Does anyone have any experience with them? are they any good or not ? any draw backs etc etc. etc. etc.

    I have one, cost less than $100 and has been good, apparantly holds 180kg on the complete base, using less area reduces the amount of "holding power" i use mine frequently for rounding profiles and template cutting and the occassional cutout with a jigsaw. Have had no problems, just make sure the wood is flat and no probs...
    Other competitors products cost more and I am not sure of using a vacumn cleaner(burn out motor!) or would provide a similar holding power.
