Can I use this Vice?
Hello!
I am building a little workbench similar to the one seen in the video below;
YouTube
I'm fairly new to all this and have been searching for a 'Vice screw' i can use like in the YouTube video, the closes I've found is at the link below.
https://www.timbecon.com.au/tail-vice-screw
Can anyone comment on whether this would be suitable to be used as in the video?
Has anyone used one of these?
any advice or better vice suggestions would be helpful I've been looking for a long while.
Thanks!

Yep that would work perfectly,
The thread type is a Acme Thread, or square thread if my memory serves me right.
Cheers Matt.

Looks very useful as the main screw - a couple of slide bars either side will help. Just look up traditional vices for inspiration.
