Sure will be Steve, we are even offering free accomodation and space for tents, campervans and caravans if required.

The event was recorded on this Bulletin Board. I think the photos were deleted for OH&S reasons.

Today we are putting some heavy wet grey stuff on the floor and a bit around the edges.
When it is set, I'm sealing it with two coats of epoxy sealer that I have.
It's looking better and better.
It's all finished and I just now have to wait for the 14 cubic m to set before I step into it again.Last edited by Wood Borer; 6th November 2008 at 04:59 PM. Reason: Latest Update

That was a hard day, it even makes my back ache looking at the picture.

Looking good Rob.
Still seems an odd asre-about way of doing it to pour the slab after the shed.
When my new shed was built, the slab & footings went down first with steel sticking out of the footings & then the shed was built on top of it.Cliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.

Nothing to do with proximity to the Murray.
I wanted a good seal between the walls and the slab, in fact it cost me more to do it that way but I wanted it right so that's the way I did it.
The only Mexican flavour to the whole job was the slab of cold Vic on ice that we contributed to the deserving hard working blokes who did the good job. They seemed to enjoy it immensely, none of this beer with four kisses on it.- Wood Borer

It's exciting watching it all happen, WB, reminds me of how excited I was when my shed went up last year I even 'mark' my memories and woodwork with 'before shed' and 'after shed'
