the nylon wheel ones are far inferior the BALL bearing ones last longer & the delicate soft close type are also good but that delicate surely will not last. All can be replaced when needed .

Sounds like a good deal for your client ! Lower price AND a Written warranty. In my experience as a handyman, clients don’t care that you tried to look after them on price, they expect 110% quality no matter what (as per Elan’s advice earlier)
Also I found there was often a reason clients couldn’t buy what they wanted from a shop/commercial outfit ie can’t be done for the price or is simply a bad idea.You boys like Mexico ?
