Where would you get something like these from?
I'm making a coffee table for a friend at the moment and can't find legs for it. I like the idea of square brushed chrome like on my couch but am out of ideas for suppliers. I have tried Hafale and Elraco and all the local cabinet suppliers in Fyshwick as well as a couple in the States. I'm after 50x50x60 or 60x60x60 (short & fat) is where I'm going with it. The legs won't be on the corners either, intention is to have a leg in the middle of each side. The table is 800x800 so don't anticipate any issues with stability.
CorbsIt's only a mistake if you don't learn from it.

Corbs, With the placement of legs in the middle of each side ,DON"T let anyone sit on a corner of the table, you can imagine what would happen.

Frank, I have purchased from them (Elraco) in the past and like them but they don't have what I'm specifically after. This could do what I am after but would need the base recessed as it wouldn't be on the corner and I was after brushed chrome rather than the nickel shown. Dimensions aren't bad but would like a little chunkier.
Don't know if I have been to either of them so will look into those ones further, I have covered pretty much all of Fyshwick and a fair bit of Queanbeyan
John, the table isn't going to be mine and the friend is the sort of person who wouldn't let guests sit on the coffee table. That said, noting the dimensions of the table and the height of the legs I'm after I don't think it will be a huge issue. It's only a mistake if you don't learn from it.
