If you use epoxy like this, watch out that the bag doesn't melt after a fdew minutes from the heat.
"West Systems" epoxy resin will do the trick... it's easy to colour too with anything.
but it does dry very hard, much harder then then the MDF and sanding it flat will be a nightmare, as the the mdf will be removed quicker then the filler.Steven Thomas
