Is it a pack lot or separate?
Pine floor boards?
Building pine not worth much Id offer no more than $200, they had large packs at Paramonts for $250
The oregon is worth a bit depending on condition(50c m)$100ish~($4m)$800ish and upwards, old growth is worth more.
Jarrah could be worth a few dollars bout $500@$20sqm....................................................................
