    Hi WWF,

    My wife and I have decided to take the plunge and see if we can turn our passions into careers. We have teamed up to provide interior design services under the brand COMING SOON - Style & Madness with me riding the coat tails of her extreme talent to try and pick up some commissions for bespoke furniture. We are starting small with an iterative approach of continuous improvement to grow the brand and the business.

    The brand label for the custom furniture side of the business is WoodAndMadness. To support this I have setup an Instagram page Mrs & Mr O’Loughlin (@woodandmadness) • Instagram photos and videos were we will showcase some of our custom pieces along with details of the build process and all things woodworking and tool related. Again, it is very early days however the intention is to post a couple of things a week and try to develop a following.

    I am hopeful that fellow WWF members can jump on Instagram and follow WoodAndMadness and then provide feedback and ideas back through this post.

    Good luck Damien and wife. I took the plunge myself in starting up my own furniture making business a few months ago. It's been tough but worth it. I wish you guys all the beat.

    Good luck with your venture. You should get this thread moved to the 'Members' Businesses and Services' sub-forum. Much easier to find there because of the reduced number of threads, it'll just get lost in 'Woodwork General'.
