    Default wooden clocks

I work with severely disabled (mainly through brain injury and stroke) people in a rehabilitation workshop setting.
I have some quartz clock movements which I had donated and I'm after ideas for a good looking clock.
Criteria is; It must be easy to make with minimal assistance from me. That is, it must be hard to stuff up. It's important for the patients self esteem that they don't fail to complete the project.
No routing or turning. Too dangerous for the level they are at.
Please, let me have your ideas/photos. You can make a big difference to someones life.

    Thanks.
    Pugwash.

Thanks pitbull. I like the inlaid dots. We could use our plug cutter for that.

    Any more ideas folks?

Something as simple as a small pictures frame without the
glass, let them do art work for the face.

Just cut a piece of hard board to fit the frame
and paint it white, drill a hole in the center, or
off to one side maybe, and let them paint it to
    suit.
