Wooden plugs OK for outdoors?
Just wondering whether wooden plugs to hide screw heads are a viable option for outdoors, assuming of course that it will be well sealed. What would you recomend for the glueing of said plugs?

Any waterproof glue is OK. The important thing is to use stainless or galvanised screws, otherwise any rust which forms from moisture will expand and push the plug out!

Works fine on boat decks, usually teak or beech with plugs epoxied in.
