    Default making a wooden rocker

I'm reasonably competent on making things but need a push start. Techniques, tips, do and don't etc on how to make a rocker recliner.
I'm dreaming, but making a chair must be the hardest thing going.
    I want it.

Know any good teachers that don't want my entire salary to teach me. I'm in Perth.

    regards
    greg

When you say a wooden rocker, do you mean one with a solid wood seat? If so, you could always buy a set of Hal Taylor's plans and instructions for US$275. On the other hand, if you are happy to make one with an upholstered seat, you could buy my rocker CD for AUD45. It has detailed instructions and plans. See http://www.dldundas.com .

    G'day Goog.

Posted up my first serious attempt a little while back. Was fun but I've been travelling a lot and haven't had a lot of time to get to it.

    PM'd you an update.
