Noise problems that's easy buy a hi fi set, play opera full bore and your nieghbours will sell up or will be glad to hear you making chips again

reminds me of a certain speedway promoter who hired a light aircraft to fly circuits over a aged home to raise the ambient level when the noise police came to visit & measure his levels.
