    Default Workspace needed in Sydney

    Hi,
I've just move to a flat in North Sydney and have nowhere to practice my woodwork. A small garage sized space would do. Perhaps I could share a corner of someone else's workshop.
    Hope someone can help.

Go to : http://www.woodworkersnsw.org.au/ and check out the address for their monthly meetings - its a place called 'Your Workshop' or something similar - used to be called Henderman's IIRC - access to large power tools, workshop space etc by the hour charges - you can also store partly done projects there if it is same system as before. Unfortunately there is no web site for the workshop, which there used to be for Henderman's.

I work out of a 3m x3m garden shed - out being the operative word, even my bench is outside, the shed just provides lockup storage, I work on a paved area in the open yard. Lockup garages are expensive - if you can find one - that close to the CBD it could cost as much to rent as your flat.
