Default Anything worthwhile getting in the UK?

I'll be heading to the UK for several days - mostly London and Southport. Is there anything worth bringing back from over there while I can save on shipping?

    Thanks.
    Nathan.

Check out Axminster, I buy stuff from there every couple of months and the prices are great.

If you have a triton router, get a spare set of collets and a set of brushes. Half the price over there including delivery to your door.

I'm so jealous of the tool markets I see in the UK and US, definitely something I want to check out next time I'm there.

I'll email you my shopping list Nathan.

As for yourself I would be asking the lovely R first if you can spend a little $$$$$$.
Mini's are still sold over there the 4 wheel type not ones which look like hankies wrapped around the waist.

Clifton Planes, Henry Taylor Chisels, Ashley Iles Carving Tools
One place near London might be worth checking out for handtools.

+1 for Axminster, Scott&Sargent is another one. Also, find out if you can deduct VAT, either at the store or claim at the airport
