Hey guy how long does it take a small camphor laurel plant like a really small on to grow into a tree

You are leading with you chin.
There are way too many variables to answer your question.
Do you mean a tree that you can harvest for timber. Eg slabs or boards or such.
Do you mean a tree to hang a kids swing in.
Where is the tree growing. Etc.
I think your question is way too vague to answer.

I thought like you ,put one in years ago & it's only 2 metres tall someone else will get the benefit of this oft regarded Eastern State weed here in WA!!!
You're in Qld, so you may want to check out the local areas ,this tree apparently grows in abundance throughout most of the Eastern Coast of OZ.
If you are after Camphor Laurel then also check local woodworkers for accessing this.
