    Thanks for the tip Cliff - some interesting reading there.

    I like the reference I found to the Hewsaw (www.hewsaw.com) whole 350mm diameter logs saw into boards and all waste chipped @ 5.4 m/min - that's 90 mm/s !

    Currently setting up a small plantation. 35 ha of sugar gum, spotted gum, hybrid e.camladulensis X grandis and Jarrah.
