As you can see here from info provided by So-san, acquiring one of Yokoyama Kunio's kanna is not a mere commercial transaction. If you do acquire one, and from outside of Japan, you will be very privileged.

From what I understand, it is So-san's father's standing with Yokoyama-san that would be the only reason that this is likely to happen.
