I am teaching myself Vector Works. A very nice CAD application.

I have designed a set of Brass Dovetail Markers at 1/4, 1/5, 1/6, 1/7 and 1/8 ratios in the style of the Chris Vesper Marker.

I will not say much more as if my CAD work is good then it should be self explanatory.

The thing I am a little vague on is rivet sizes suitable to hold the two pieces of brass flats together. If the gauge is 25 mm wide how big and how far apart must the rivets be placed?

I cannot export as a .skp (not using sketchup) so I zipped a dwg's file. A pdf is also attached.
