Default Lost my transparency brush colour

I've been making object transparent by these steps:

Paint | Colors (dialog) | Window Coverings

And my paint bucked icon would allow me to click on an object and the object would be transparent.

I don't know how I got it set that way in the first place.

But I've lost that ability in the last few mins after using it all day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,

For lack of a better way here is a Work around solution:

Start with a .skp model that already has the transparency colour.
    Open that .skp model
Select and copy the transparent object

    Start a NEW model
    And paste the transparent object

    Select the Paint Bucket tool.
And select the materials tab represented by the brick.

From the top drop down menu select: Colors in Model

From the right of the two lower drop down menus select: Purge Unused

My transparent color was the half black and half white colour block with 20% transparency.

If not sure which yours is click on one of the colors and test it on another newly created object.

Now to keep that transparent colour, click and drag the colour down to the samples keeper at the bottom of the dialog box.
Now no matter what model you're working with the transparency colour will be immediately available.
    Thanks,
