Default Assistance needed in Newcastle area

Hi Folks, I have been chasing some wheels for my Nissan Patrol ute, and today found some on eBay, 15 minutes or so before the listing ended. The seller advised that pick-up only (that is no shipping offered) was the go, with cash payment at that time. As I live in Tasmania, I quickly sent a query asking if I could pick up in a few months when I expect to be in the area, and offered a substantial deposit if he wanted. I also said that if this couldn't work out because he needed the wheels out sooner, I would not oppose a transaction cancellation, as I would need to bid most likely before he could answer my query.
Well the next thing I know after successfully winning the auction, eBay was contacting me to see if I would agree to the cancellation. This was earlier this morning, and although he has relisted the wheels, he has not attempted to contact me. I have no idea yet, how soon he wants to get rid of them, but guess with the 13 hours he has left on the auction it is probably sooner rather than later.
I would like to take delivery of these wheels, and wonder if there is anyone local in Tanilba Bay, Port Stephens, Newcastle area who could pick up these 4 wheels and tires, and warehouse them for me or if that can't be done, get them to a transport depot/ collection point, where other forwarding arrangements can be organised.
I am happy to reimburse for reasonable costs incurred, and can either deposit the money to pay for them in your bank a/c or his depending on what is best or what is needed, and I expect to be up in NSW in a few months time and would prefer to pick them up then if possible.
If you are able and willing to assist, could you please contact me ASAP, preferably by Private Message with your details, phone number etc, so we can get something organised, and in the meantime I will contact the seller, and inform him that I would prefer to go ahead with the transaction, and ask just how long I have to get organised, and just what issues there are to sort out. Thanks for your help,
    Rob.
