Need book for Mitsubishi Pajero
Hi, today I scored a "bargain" (well I think it will be anyway).
A 1991 Mitsubishi Pajero 7 seater wagon, with six months registration,
electric windows, electric sunroof, radio, reversing camera (fantastic),
four alloy wheels plus a spare, nice bullbar and sturdy towing apparatus.
Dual fuel - petrol/gas all works well.
Motor sounds very good and auto works fine too.
Bodywork excellent - absolutely no rust. Paintwork very good.
Only downside - needs a head gasket/s replaced.
Price, including registration was $1,000.
Does anyone have a suitable workshop manual that will assist
my son-in-law who is undertaking the head gasket job for me.
Willing to pay a suitable fee.
Regards.

Alan, While doing the head gasket, replace the timing belt too, as you will possibly not know when it was last done.

Many thanks Fred and John for responding.
Unfortunately was delayed getting home and failed to submit
a bid on the eBay item which went for about $15.00.
Have since got one on eBay for $27.00 (late last night) so
will be happy to have one on hand for my son-in-law.

Received my book via eBay but unfortunately in 1991 they
changed models of the vehicle in May of that year. Yes, you
guessed it, the book was not for my model although I hope
much of the information is still of use.
A couple of days ago I purchased five wheels and five tyres
for a total of $250 from a mate. He had bought them on eBay
but did not fit his four wheel drive.
I put them on my 4WD yesterday and will advertise the old four
wide alloy wheels on eBay shortly. (They had ten inch tyres
on them ... too big for me).
I have attached a pic.
