    Default tycho

no but i fitted one to a telstar for the same reason. later i put another one on my tractor. the tractor was cheaper to fit cause i thought id try using second hand gas fittings from the wreckers. you cant use the hoses cause the rubber is different. i was very unsure about doing it at first cause i never used hydraulic fittings and only started tinkering with cars recently. it is well worth doing. the first time i changed the by pass filter (at 5,000km) you could see about 40 metal flakes per 500mm of paper. now its about three (at 12,500km) thats a weird number cause i only do a service now at 25,000km and i only change the oil and original filter at 50,000km. i have been cutting open the spin on filters too to see if the toilet roll paper has broken down but it was perfect. you can get them brand new and cheap by an aussie company jackmaster and he is a good bloke too. one day when i get a new car i will take the bypass filter with me. this is my first ever post so im hoping it works
