In tank fuel pump replacement
Had to replace fuel pump last weekend and it is in the tank, Commodore ute.
there is a big panel on the floor to remove.much easier to get at than a sedan.
I had driven it till it was pretty low and rather than empty it right out I disconnected all the vapor hoses at the highest point and plugged hoses. Thought this was better than draining the whole system?
Changed it all without blowing up. Still having running issues so next on the list is fuel pressure regulator and module under coil packs.
I would rather be turning but so far it's been easier to work on than newer cars,
