240v Thermostatic switch needed
Does anyone know where I could get my hands on a 240v thermostatic switch that can be set to turn on at about 40c?
Ideally, it will be a similar device to a timer - plug it into a powerpoint, plug the device into it that you want to turn on when it gets warm enough.
Its for a network cabinet. I don't want to run the fans when they're unnecessary, ideally they'd kick in about 36-38c.

Something like this from RS Componenets?
A search there will turn up similar items that operate at different temperatures.Geoff

Jaycar have a 50 degree NO one.
They also have a user-definable temperature controled relay kit.

I've looked at the Jaycar kits and that is my fall-back position at this stage. Looking at the other units I can't find a 30c N/O. I would have thought these would be fairly common. Speaking to an electrical supplier today, she brought one to the counter that had to be hard wired in - for $299!
I appreciate all the help, thank you all
