    Default Are there alternatives to Skype?

    Just wondering if there is an alternative to Skype for video calls? I'm finding that Skype is just crap lately (never been particularly good).

    A friend suggested Viber, but you have to have it installed on a mobile devide as well, and my phone isn't compatible with it.

    If you have Apple you can use Facetime.
    The other party also needs to have Apple.

    Thanks Cliff, but I'm on a PC, other party is Mac.

    I've just installed ooVoo, but it's never straight forward. These software suppliers need somebody with a user's brain to write their instructions.
