    Phil,
    At the risk of stating the bleeding obvious. That last link I sent had a rather complex 5 stage manual process to go through - so my question is did you actually perform those 5 steps?
    I know that they offer a software solution but there is also the caveat that this may not get it all and you may need to go the manual path

    Might have to try that Ian I was hoping that the software would do it, i have contacted the company for a custom fix also.

    Have cracked the poo's with the laptop and sent it off to Mr Winks school for bad computers to have the hard drive reformatted.
