Default Want to put the numerals 2 - 9 (separately) as patterns on a 100 x 150 piece of MDF.

    Hello.
My wife is in care with dementia and I have been told that she finds comfort, is calmer, threading a coloured string (shoe lace) through holes in a piece of MDF/wood but the Care place has only 2 patterns (lost some) and they can't remember where they obtained them originally. So I thought to cut some using the numbers 2 to 9 as patterns. I would drill the holes using the number outline and the resulting holes would make out the number. My hand drawing of the numbers would be awful but I don't know how to enlarge the numbers to fill the 4x6 space sufficiently. Could some one please tell me how to create the numbers so that I can print them out (or do it for me (blushes at the cheek).
    Thank you.
    Bob H.

This may or may not work for you.
I needed to paint digits on a wall and like you I had no pattern or stencil. I ended up buying some numbers from a party shop. For the one digit I was missing I ended up getting off the computer and then altering to the size I required. Might be fiddly but could be your best bet.

There are some numbers here Large Numeral Printables and More - PreKinders
You can set the size when you print a page, you said the size you want is 4x6 but you don't mention units. The easy way would be based on the A4 size paper, one per sheet or two per sheet etc
    Hope this info helps

P.S. you put Perth in as your suburb but it is a big city, I could be just around the corner and able to help or you could be an hour away

    Hi hawkinob,

Would the attached style of numbers help? The actual numbers print out to about 75mm wide by 122mm high. I can send you a Word file so you'd only have to print them. Can do them in different styles and smaller or larger if you want. Send me a PM with your email address and your requirements and I'll happily do them for you.

    Cheers,
    David
