Well, on my tablet and on my notebook and on my desktop, I see this.

If you don't see this on your tablet, do you see it on another computer? If you do, what browser do you use there? Have you tried another browser on your tablet?

Explorer11 on pity , chrome on tablet will check chrome settings. Thank u or your patients

Google might have removed or hidden the ability to change option settings in android chrome. It sounds like your’s is saving bandwidth by not loaded images but that may not be configurable in your version.
As BigShed suggests, try another browser. Maybe the standard one that is pre-installed in Android.
Only other thought is, are you using full screen or mobile skin when viewing WWF ?
