VPN and ATM vpn network
Hi to all and thanks in advance for all the help
I have a network at our office that haas 9 remote locations interconnected via our internet-phone company infrestructure via ATM circuits.
We are opening a new location that does not have access to the providers ATM circuit so i am now requiered to set up a IPSEC VPN using routing hardware.
Our current setup is as follows
main office 192.168.1.0/24
Succesive stores 192.168.2.0/24-192.168.9.0/24 (subnet at each store)
The static routing tables on our office router (192.168.1.1) 192.168.2.1 through router 192.168.1.210 (offsite in providers data centers)
Now for the new office i will creat a vpn 10.0.0.0/24 to 192.168.1.0/24
Will i be able to route from 192.168.2.1 to 10.0.0.1 as soon as i create the VPN or do i have to create static routes.
woudl i creat a static route stating that traffic to 10.0.0.0/24 be router through 192.168.1.1?
any help would be great
