    Lightbulb Which cooler?

I am new to camping and am looking at getting an esky/cooler that keeps ice for 5 days around the 65Litres mark. I've investigated evakool, engel, waeco and am after some personal opinions.
The good, bad & Ugly of eskies!!
I get the impression that fibreglass exterior is stronger, that I should go for thicker insulation 50mm and that rubber pull-down locks keep better seals. It seems all this will make quite an impression on my hip pocket too at around the $500 mark MINIMUM
I'm not looking for the 12v/240v car fridge/freezer yet and my trips are only going to be for a week or so until I get more confident.
    Looking forward to your thoughts

Keep ice for 5 days in summer. Wishful thinking. Only works if you don't open the esky. The thicker walled, more isulation do work better. Have a look on ebay for some good buys.
