Thread: Android App - Running Set-out

I just had a go at a (free) Android app that speaks running set-out measurements to you. Enter increments and start point, and hit Next to have it say the next measurement.

Scroll down and there's a full screen Next button, (with Repeat and Back below it), that's easy to tap while you mark the points with marker and tape.

You can also set a time increment (6 seconds by default) and it will say each measurement repeatedly. Put the phone in your pocket and have both hands free to mark out.

And, if you tap 'Voice Input' you can just say Next, Repeat, Back or Stop and it will talk you through the set out.
