It’s not long now till the deadline for Australian Wood Review’s Hand Tool Making competition. We have already received some great entries but we’re hoping for a lot more. It’s not about making the most complicated tools, it’s mainly about what people make for their own personal use.

All kinds of hand tools are eligible, marking and measuring tools, planes, chisels, saws, knives and jigs.

It’s pretty clear there are some great toolmakers on this forum so please consider being part of this.

Completed entry forms should be emailed to us by April 20 and that will let us know the tool has been posted.

You can download entry forms from http://www.woodreview.com.au/competi...handtoolcomp3/ and read about the prizes on offer.
If you have any queries please let me know.
